With a complete design system, we are responsible for forward-looking research and new product development. By advanced CAD / CAE / CAM technologies, and UG, PROE, MOULD FLOW softwares, the company carries out product design optimization so as to shorten the product development cycle and ensure the quality of molds. Two-dimensional graph drawing, as a critical step in the mold making process, contains comprehensive regulations on size, performance, technical requirements of various parts of a mold, which is the basis for testing and process analysis. 3D design provides vivid and visual images that two-dimensional design fails. Three-dimensional drawings of our company are drawn by the professional technical staff. The virtual movement of products and molds can show the performance of molds and products during the design stage so that the performance can be improved in advance and better before molds and products can be produced; moreover, the three-dimensional drawings greatly shorten the production cycle and create incalculable economic benefits for customers. With Mold Flow Show, capable of finding problems before mold making, pays attention to the problems during design and production, and provides solutions to reduce risks, shorten the mold manufacturing period and improve quality. After the 3D design is done, we will use 3D printing prototyping; 3D printing will finally provide a real sample for us to check if the mold design is perfectly match client’s requirement or not.
